We loved our visit to Pitti Palace and the Palatine gallery. We did not do any type of guided tour, but chose rather to experience everything on our own and move at our own pace. The palace and the gallery were not overly crowded, giving us the time and the quiet we needed to experience all of the incredible art and architecture that surrounded us. The Boboli Gardens were stunning. It was raining during our visit, but that did not at all affect our appreciation of the environment. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.
This excursion had lots of access tickets combined with it! We enjoyed getting to see the multiple meuseums in the Pitti palace (including the renissance and modern art and fashion museums). It was a wet day, but the boboli gardens (and the bardini gardens) were beautiful.
The palace and gardens are wonderful. It is a "must" place to visit in Florence. We got the tickets on line but when we arrived, there were no queues and probably, the on line purchase was not needed. We could have arrived earlier than our booked time slot, but whatever, it was a gereat day out.
We loved all of It! The experience was wonderful and the two guide girls were adorable. They gave us a lot of information about the places we visited. Thank you so much!!!
Great experience. Wonderful museum and garden. You will need at least a couple of hours for the museum and 30min and great stamina for the gardens. Skip-the-line tickets are the way to go if you don't want to wait 30+ minutes in the line.
All very beautiful, I recommend visiting the gardens first and then the palace. Since I went in the hot season and after being in the gardens it feels good to be in the shade. All very nice

I found the whole palace and the gardens extraordinary!!!! A beauty. I recommend them without a doubt. The food service is terrible. There are 2 waiters for all the tables and it is impossible for them to serve everyone. I recommend taking more waiters and adding more plates of food.

It is very convenient to exchange electronic tickets at the box office; there is a separate line for this purpose. The diverse exhibition of Palazzo Pitti will not leave anyone indifferent!
One advertised part of the exhibition was not open, and apparently hadn't been for a couple of years according to staff (?!) With the already planned closures this meant we spent a little less time at the Palace than expected. It was also not worth a 'skip the line ticket' as there was no line to skip, and we still had to go to the ticket office as our voucher/online ticket wasn't the actual ticket, so there was still an extra step in the process.
The place is gorgeous, no doubt about it, but the Boboli Gardens is confusingly maintained, there are not enough signs indicating where the interesting things to see are, and the water in the fountains is a little too green; it could use a little more maintenance and more signs indicating how to find places of interest, otherwise top.

The collections were nice. I used the skip the line tuvkwt and didn't understood that should book also 0 EUR tivkets for kids, but got them though from the ticket office.
The place was awesome. What I would criticize is that I was paying a bit more than I would have, and even though I could "SKIP" the line to pay, I still had to walk somewhere to get on another line to get a paper ticket. So I still had a line to wait on and an extra walk to do. That's why I said GOOD and not AWESOME.
Very easy to get to. The rooms are truly impressive, with their many paintings and frescoes. The palace is very large. I would have liked to have had an audio guide for a better visit.

Wonderful place to visit! The tour was very well organized, both inside and out. 2 drawbacks: the apartments were closed for renovation and there was no free guide in French. You have to buy a guide to the château and gardens in French at the entrance. But it's worth it!

Amazing experience, a step back through time to the renaissance, the rooms and exhibits were wonderfully preserved, the castle is immense and we wandered through it and the beautiful grounds for hours exploring each area. It was very cool imagining following the footsteps of all the famous historical people of the past who would have walked the halls, including the Medici and Pitti, and none other than Napoleon.
Ticketing was perfect. But the apartments were closed and no sign about elevator at entrance of palace. Only after climbing 4 floors.
Process was perfect.., walked right up to the front & got our tickets. Great communication from head out. I would absolutely book with them again!!
The whole thing was well organized. The advice received was invaluable in making the most of the beauty kept in the building. Very courteous staff especially at the bar.

We enjoyed gardens And number of paintings at palazzio Piti! Just take care tickets are out of service once you visited garden And palazzio you cannot enter furthermore in the garden.... it is a pity...
The works are extraordinary, a wide variety of paintings by both well-known and lesser-known painters that are nonetheless treasures. I love this museum, this being my fourth visit, but I can't help deploring the lighting, which often makes it very difficult to see the works properly. There's also the fact that the works are hung close to the ceiling, making them impossible to appreciate.

The gardens were much larger than we anticipated, but walking about was incredible. There was so much to see inside and outside the palace and would recommend this activity for anyone visiting Florence. Be aware that the gardens are not very handicapped friendly.
Ticketing was easy. Love that kids under 18 are free, that is amazing. Grounds are beautiful and I would definitely recommend people to visit.
Overall, a great place to visit. Set yourself aside a good half day to really take your time and absorb all it has to offer.
Fine, no problem picking up the tickets at the ticket office. Spent a lot longer there than the suggested two hours and still didn't see everything. Next time, we'll just go to the gardens as we were too footsore to do them credit.
